- Dr De Soto is now acting as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for HMSA HMO and PPO commercial plans. Quest Integration, Akamai Advantage, EUTF retirees and FEP are not eligible at this time. PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR INSURANCE CARD PRIOR TO YOUR APPT AS NOT ALL PLANS ARE ELIGBILE AND WE ARE NOT RESONSIBLE IF YOUR VISIT IS NOT COVERED.
- Dr De Soto accepts certain HMAA plans. Call your insurance to determine if you have Naturopathic coverage on your plan
- While Dr De Soto does not accept any other insurance plans as an in-network provider, she will provide the information necessary for you to submit for reimbursement on your own.
